I am wondering if you need to book ahead to travel from Lesce-Bled to Munich on the train?
I went on the German train site online but it only would have tickets mailed to me in the U.S.
I will be in Lake Bled on July 5th, 2016 and wanted to take a train to Munich.
Any advice would be great!!

No need to book ahead, but what I suggest doing is buying the tickets at the station a couple of days earlier, if you can. You can also buy the tickets at the central station in Ljubljana, if you will happen to be there and won't have time while in Bled. Online ticket sales are not yet possible in Slovenia, unfortunately.
