I have looked at this route and decided to go Lesce Bled to Munich, stay over at Munich. Munich to Stuttgart, Stuttgart to Paris, Paris to London.
Do you know the difference between second and first class between from Lesce to Munich on the Euro city train. I have seen mixed reports? Its a five hour train, and I would prefer some comfort and quiet to enjoy the views.

I took the train from Lesce Bled to Salzburg (24 hour stop over) and then to Munich. I splurged for first class tickets because I was able to get a good fare booking ahead (90 days or so) and wanted the assurance of a seat reservation. I had an entire 6 person compartment to myself (was traveling in off peak season). It's not a fancy train - in fact 2nd class probably would have been more interesting people wise, but otherwise probably more crowded (I never did check it out - spent the whole time in my little compartment and I only used the facilities on my train car). FWIW, I took the RailJet train from Salzburg to Munich and it was a kick - also in first class - fun to go so fast and have cabin service! Pretty cool to go 160km/hour while drinking a (very expensive) beer. Bon voyage!
Fly? That whole journey is quite a train trip....
And you can probably get a flight on a cheap airline for much less money than the train trip.
