We will be looking to get from Koper pier to Trieste in late May. Hoping for taxi out in morning and back after lunch. Are taxis and Ubers easy to arrange in Koper?

I was in both Koper and Trieste a week and a half ago. Did not notice Ubers in both. I took a minivan from Trieste to Piran with Goopti through Omni.
