I am working on travel arrangements for a biking trip that originates in Slovenia in May, 2024. My question is: I have the option of flying to Zurich and then on to Ljubljana or flying to Frankfort and then on to Ljubljana. Having flown through Frankfort in 2022 and connecting to Split, Croatia, it seemed the connection process, i.e. taking a bus to our connecting flight area, was not the most efficient / timely. I have never flown through Zurich. Connection times on both potential itineraries is tight.
Any thoughts on which airport is the best for catching a connecting flight or are both relatively the same?
