I can only speak to the Slovenia portion of your trip, but it sounds like you are planning one-night stays? If that is the case, I would say slow down. Bled/Bohinj is a lovely alpine destination and deserves a relaxed amble. I spent a day walking around the lake and was glad I did. Same for Ljubljana. Take a food tour. Go to the castle. Take a walking tour. Enjoy your the wine bars and cafes. If you stay in Bohinj, I highly recommend Joze Star guest house. I hope this link comes through: http://www.impel-bohinj.si
