Hi, I am planning my trip flying into LJU and out of DUB in late July and I can still make changes to the itinerary.
Please let me know if this is doable or if you have other suggestions. I do like to move around (I'm a New Yorker) but don't want to be unrealistic.
Day 1- arrive Old Town early afternoon
Day 2- rent car (train station or airport?) and drive to Lake Bled, Drive to Kobarid after lunch
Day 3 - Either do some outdoor activity or walk around a gorge. overnight in Kobarid.
Day 4 - Drive to Skocjan cave 10 am entrance, then Predjama castle. Was planning to stay near LBJ airport or is there a better area to stay if I want to head to Rastoke the next day?
Day 5- Drive to Rastoke, spend night there (any stops?)
Day 6 - go to Plivitce Entrance 1 in the morning 4-5 hrs, then drive to Zadar (overnight Zadar) or should I skip Zadar and go to Split?
Day 7 - go to Split and drop off car
Day 8- boat day trip to Hvar or? (overnight Split)
Day 9- hire driver to go to Mostar via 1-2 hr stop at Kravica Falls, overnight Mostar
Day 10 - hire drive to go from Mostar to Persat with some stops along the way, overnight Persat
Day 11 - visit Kotor, stay in Persat
Day 12- hire driver to go back to Dubrovnik in the morning
Day 13 Dubrovnik
Day 14 - leave dubrovnik
