We will be going by car (thanks to all the advice from this site!) from Venice to Stara Fuzina in early July, where we will be staying about 3 nights. Not sure of the best base for family hikes in their hut system in that area, which we hope to do at some point on the trip. If we really enjoy nature and hiking/biking, is there a place we should stop overnight en route, or should we just head to Stara Fuzina?
