Does anyone have recent information about the best way to buy a ticket for a train from Ljubliana to Zagreb? There appears to be a wide discrepancy in prices and some lines/times are actually buses. We will be taking the train late September. Thought? Thanks.

Not sure how you get the 9 Euro price, but I seem to recall you can get it if you buy the ticket at the station before day of travel. I wouldn't stress over this at all, especially if you you can buy your tickets day before travel or sooner while in Ljubljana.
