PSA: Vrsic Pass closures in September and October

Vrsic Pass will be closed due to ongoing road construction this fall. According to the Infrastructure Agency, the pass will be closed to traffic in both directions on the northern ascent on all weekdays (Mon-Fri) from September 16 to October 4. The road will be passable on weekends. The official detour during closures is over the lower but scenic Predel Pass.
