Private Driver from Lake Bled to Rovinj Croatia

Hi All,
Starting our trip in Slovenia at Lake Bled and then heading down into Croatia...would prefer to have a private driver for the trip from Lake Bled to Rovinj, does anyone know of a company or can you recommend someone you have used in the past for a similar journey?

I'd check with GoOpti. I haven't used them, but a number of people have posted positive comments on the forum. I don't know whether they do the run to Istria, but it seems they are headquartered in Slovenia, so I imagine they do.
