PLF needed?

We’re vaccinated Americans, traveling by train towards the end of our trip next month from Graz to Ljubljana. Do we need to fill out a passenger locator form? We will have been in Schengen for 3 weeks before. Thanks

The EU PLF is not mandatory for the time being but the public health institute would appreciate if visitors filled it out.
