Any recommendations for lodging between these two towns in Slovenia? Open to farm stays and hotels/inns both, just want clean and private bathroom, easy to locate would be a bonus. Need to drive to Zagreb next morning so prefer to be relatively close to a highway. Have car so transportation is not an issue. Thanks for any advice!

How about the Hudicevec farm in Razdrto? I've eaten there before and the food is home-cooked and pretty good. I haven't stayed there but it has good reviews on Booking.com and it's close to a highway exit, although I guess that could also be a bad thing in terms of noise.

I would second the recommendation for a farm stay at Tourist Farm Hudicevec. I stayed there some years ago. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfectly maintained. The food was plentiful. If I remember correctly, breakfast was included but we added several dinners. It is near a highway.
