Next week, we will be driving from Budapest to Ljubljana where we will stay for 5 nights. We are in the midst of planning Day Trips and there are way too many places we would love to see! At this point, most important to us is Solcava Panoramic Road area and Moon Bay Beach in Potoroz which we believe would each take a good day. We also want to spend at least a day in Ljubljana. Thus, we are looking for advice as to which other day trips out of the following we don't want to miss:
Skofja Loka/Lake Bohinj/Lake Bled/Radovljica
Vipava/Smartno/Stanjel
Kobarid/Dreznica/Trenta/Vrsic Pass (this may require an overnighter?)

A nice day trip is going to Bled via Skofja Loka and Radovljica. You will need a few hours to look around, including Vintgar Gorge. Then you can go to Bohinj Lake and spend the rest of the day there, including Vogel if is nice and sunny.
