Just found this trail today. Has anyone done it and how was it? Was it scenic? Hilly? We will be staying in Mojstana and thought we might do it cycling to Ratece and back for a day's cycling

It follows a disused railway route along the valley floor, it’s quite scenic with some old repurposed railroad bridges although I haven’t done the whole route. It’s not hilly but it’s a constant ascent as you gain about 200 metres of altitude over 20 km. From Ratece the cycling trail continues onwards to Tarvisio in Italy, but it’s also possible to take a short detour to the ski jumping centre in Planica.
