In a month we’ll be in Ljubljana. We’ll rent a car for 2 or 3 days and driving to the Julian Alps and Lake Bled for day trips. Does anyone have any experience with the NUK car park near Stari Trg? What overnight parking costs? Is there a flat daily fee or just hourly?

No experience with this lot specifically, but we’ve found the website ParkMe.com to be very helpful. There’s an app, too.
We rented an apartment in Ljubljana in 2018, right below the castle. Street parking is free in the evenings (about 7 pm - 7 am?). We ended up parking on the street and feeding the meter for a few hours a day. There seem to be quite a few parking garages, too. You might ask your hotel/apartment owner for the best options nearby.
