Ljubljana airport into town?

Any recommendations on getting into the center of Ljubljana from the Ljubljana airport? Will be arriving mid afternoon in June 2023. Thanks.

I was in Ljubljana in December. It was pretty straightforward to leave the airport, directly outside was a parking lot with a bus in it, although the bus was unmarked. The driver confirmed it was the Ljubljana bus and I paid him four euros cash and hopped out at the bus station in Ljubljana. A woman at the travel desk in the airport told me the bus is coming every half an hour.
On my return to the airport, the owner of my Guesthouse booked a ride for me, there was one other person in the van and I was picked up at my guest house and the cost was €12. I believe that the name of the company is Go Opti, and you can book online. Have fun, what a great town!
PS: this is a tiny airport…

I’ve been researching this for our best of Eastern Europe Tour, and came up with the Go Opti Shuttle. Haven’t used it yet but I see you can book online ahead of time and price is reasonable.

I used go opti shuttle. It took me right to the hotel which I appreciated after a very long travel day.

I haven't actually flown into/out of Ljubljana's airport despite visiting the city five times! Closest I've come was last year when taking a bus to Lake Bled. Our bus from Ljubljana stopped at the airport. GoOpti would certainly work to get you into town (I used them to get to Venice airport flying out on this last trip), but the public bus - like the one I was on last time, which picks up/drops off at Ljubljana's bus/train station - would work too and doesn't need to be pre-arranged. You can pay onboard with euros. Some people only have carry-ons and don't mind a short walk from the train/bus station to their lodgings in town. Depends where you are staying, but Ljubljana is pretty small. I've walked it quite a few times, but I travel light.
