Kobarid Museum + Trail, guide for both needed?

If we plan to pay for a guided tour of the museum, would there be significant information benefit to also paying for a guide to go with us along the historic trail afterwards? Or are pamphlets or sign posts provided that flesh out the trail?

I paid for guides for both through the WWI Museum. I found both guides to be very helpful, adding to my understanding of both activities. Guides are pretty inexpensive for both.
