Istanbul Layover from Ljubljana to O'Hare

I am booking an Eastern Europe tour next spring and arranging the flights. The flight on Turkish Airlines from Ljubljana to Chicago has a 1 hour 35 minute layover in Istanbul. The next flight has a 14 hour layover. Is 1 hour 35 minutes enough time in Istanbul if we need to change planes? I have not been in that airport before.

I have not been in that airport lately, but if Turkish Airlines is offering to sell the whole ticket that way, then I would not worry. Most airports allow transfers with less time than that. Check any larger luggage through so it's not a burden to you.
