Hello, any readers out there have experience with hut to hut hiking in the Julian Alps? I’m looking for suggestions on routes for a 2 night adventure. I’ve been reading blogs and looking at the Alpine Association of Slovenia’s website but still unsure of best options. Lake Bohinj is our base - would like to do a loop from there or start/end somewhere with bus transport back to Bohinj. Would prefer under 8 miles each day, overnight stays at two different huts, moderate hiking. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
