Just an fyi for those interested in an easy bike outing in Ljubljana. We rented bikes from the TI and they told us about a bike path that rings around the city. The path is shown on the city tourist map as a dotted line; it's a dedicated off-road path. We did about 1/3 of it; from straight south of city to northwest of city. Path is gravel but pretty much flat the whole way. Sometimes went thru neighborhoods; some areas more remote, thru parks or forest; a few restaurant options along the way. It was a hot, sunny day, but path was comfortable, very heavily shaded most of the way. Enjoy!
