Am flying in to Zagreb and the driving to Ljubljana. When we cross the border into Slovenia, how easy is it to get the vinjet (vignette) sticker for the toll roads?

Buy it before you cross, many gas stations in the Zagreb area sell it. Your last resort will be the service area right after the crossing, but watch out. Miss that one and you may be fined.

I did this drive a couple of years ago. As soon as you go through passport control, pull off to the side and there's a place to buy the vignette right there. Very easy. I'm sure Dejan is right, but I don't recall seeing places in Croatia to buy it.
