GoOpti charged me and did not pick me up stating I was late. I was at the spot 30 min earlier than designated time. It was today July 3, 2026 from Zagreb to Ljubljana.
So sorry- we had excellent experiences with GoOpti.
Two years ago we used Go Opti two or three times in Northern Italy and Slovenia. All went well. Lack of pick up undoubtedly impacted your day's plans and we hear your frustration. Are you absolutely sure you were at the correct spot? Could there have been some confusion or something lost in translation? Has the company responded to your complaint?
I am sorry for your experience. If I am supposed to meet someone at a specific time, I take a picture of myself, the location and my watch. I hope your claim is resolved to your satisfaction.
Sorry to hear this. Like Pat, I had a good experience with them last year. My group ride from Piran to Venice wound up being a private ride. They honored the ride even though I was the only one signed up for that time slot. I did have a bit of trouble finding my ride as the pick up location was in a large transport center parking lot with big buses blocking some view of the lot. I do hope the company responds to your satisfaction.

Did you not see the bus when it came? If no bus showed up, then the question is were you at the correct place.
I see that there are several pick up locations to choose from on their website.

Sorry to hear about your experience. There are dozens of people on this board who whole-heartedly endorse GoOpti -- your report is the only negative one I have seen. The preponderance of evidence still strongly favors using GoOpti. I wish you well on finding an equitable resolution with the company.
