Bled to Munich using Flixbus

We are finishing a tour in Lake Bled and then traveling to Munich for 3 nights. We had a train reservation, but the itinerary was cancelled by DB due to changes in their schedule. The current options for other trains is not ideal for our plans.

Flixbus has a direct bus with two stops that takes about the same time as the trains.
Has anyone taken the Flixbus from Bled to Munich? Looking for input on comfort, timeliness, etc...

Not that route, but Flixbus is legit. As busses go, comfortable. Booking is easy online and your confirmation comes with detailed map and instructions on where to board. Would use them again.

If you’re not keen on taking the bus all the way, maybe look for a bus to another city in Austria and pick up a train from there. I believe Villach which is right over the border from Slovenia is a significant rail hub.

I took a bus from Munich to Ljubljana in 2015. The trip was fine, but I'm pretty sure the operator wasn't Flixbus.

Flixbus isn't perfect; I'm not sure any bus company is. You do hear about Flixbus sometimes being significantly late.

When would you travel?
On a saturday in July or August, you can expect delays of 1 to 2 hours on the highway.
The most critical congestion points are the Karawanken tunnel (border tunnel between Slovenia and Austria) and roadworks between Bischofshofen and Golling. And there is always a lot of traffic between Salzburg and Munich.
