Has anyone gone to Zakopane and then the Tatras mountains in November? We have 4 days out of Krakow and back in and would like to go to the mountains and to Slovakia. Chatgpt thinks it is a great idea.....Any suggestions on hotels and things to see from a human instead of AI?

I hope this is helpful on even a little level. We stayed in Zakopane in spring of last year (I know, not November, but still not high season), and the Sabała Hotel was a great place - comfortable, great breakfast, great location in town.
Haven’t been to Slovakia yet. The Tatras in southern Poland were fabulous for hiking, and are quite dramatic.
