The call of the mountains is strong, and the Tatras clearly have their appeal. There’s a mountain carrier with a PhD! People toting loads over 200 lbs., some in their 60’s and 70’s! And their mountain escapes were freedom during Communist times. This clearly isn’t a job - it’s truly a Calling!
