Has anyone been to Lomnicky Stit the beginning of May? If so where do you get tickets? I wasn't sure it was open then. Thank you.

Cable cars run during a day in all seasons. Of course they close in inclement weather. Timetables, prices, where and how to get tickets - I googled cable car to Lomnicky stit and found all that information there. My personal experience is no longer relevant, it has been too many years ago and progress is unstoppable especially prices.

You can get the tickets in Vysoké Tatry just right under the cable car, but I'd advise to arrive early in the morning to avoid queues. The cable car runs all year round, 8:30AM - 4:00PM, but it's sometimes closed due to bad weather conditions: https://www.vt.sk/en/info/cableways-opening-hours/
