I am taking a bus from Prague to Bratislava and then later to Brno. Is taking the bus a good plan?

Does that mean with a student card? I am not a student but will arrive in Prague and plan to take a bus straight to Bratislava to visit my foreign exchange student of 17 years ago. Then I am going to join bicyclers for a bike trip out of Brno.

Student Agency is the name of the company. Nothing to do with being a student. The buses are yellow, so sometimes people call it Yellow bus. It's comfortable but I would prefer train which is more comfortable and direct, too. Bus sometimes get stuck in traffic jams in Prague and Brno.
