Is Uber or Lyft available outside of Edinburgh and in the St. Andrews area? Thanks.

The short answer to your question is no they are not. Uber operate in Glasgow and Edinburgh and as far as I know Lyft are not in the UK, or at last not in Scotland.

There are local cab firms. I'd suggest getting their numbers from google and storing them in your phone for when you need them.

Lyft doesn’t operate in Europe. Use a local taxi firm, not Uber, as you will be safer.
