Traveling with 10 people…Edinburgh hotels for families

Traveling in November to Edinburgh and we have three families, one with four people, and two with 3 people each. Having a hard time finding a hotel or lodging with four adult sleeping accommodations in the city. Any recommendations so that our families can stay together and have only one room per family to book?

It's not the norm in the UK for hotel rooms to sleep 4 adults. Family rooms such as at chains like Premier Inn are explicitly for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. You might be better looking at apartment hotels.
