Transportation from Inverness Airport to Glen Mhor Hotel

Hi! The least expensive way to get in to town is to take a bus from the airport. Stagecoach buses run every 30 minutes. Jet Bus is also available. Once you get to the Inverness bus/train station, you can walk to the Glen Mhor if you don't have a lot of luggage (it's about a 15 minute walk), or you can take a taxi from the taxi rank outside the bus station.

If you do decide to walk, cross over Academy Street, which is the street directly in front of both the bus and train stations. Take Union Street (or Queensgate) to Church Street (one block). Turn left on Church, and follow it to the end at Bridge Street. Turn right on Bridge Street, and follow it for half a block to the river. Cross over Bridge Street, and take the last left before the river. Don't cross the bridge. You'll be on Castle Road, which becomes Ness Bank. The Glen Mhor is about 200 yards from the bridge, on the left.

Alternately, you can take a taxi directly from the airport. The fare should run about 20 pounds plus tip.
