Just a reminder that trains in Scotland don't run before 8 AM on Sundays, so be careful when planning your itinerary. We had a Sunday 10 AM flight out of Glasgow and had to travel from Edinburgh to Glasgow Airport.
Easy to do when trains start at 6 AM, as they do on weekdays, but we ended up having to take a Flixbus from Edinburgh to Glasgow at 6 AM since it was a Sunday.
FYI- Flixbus was on time, clean, comfortable, warm, and cheap. We'd use it again in a heartbeat!

The Citylink bus service 900 runs 24/7 every 15 minutes by day, every hour overnight (every 30 minutes from 4am), and the GLA airport bus also runs 24/7, every hour overnight, with a direct connection between the two at Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station.

You were lucky. I traveled from Dundee to Glasgow this past Sunday. We had a 50 minute delay in Stirling due to a signal failure. It's a good thing my flight wasn't until the next day.
