Does anyone know if train service will run as normal on May 1st due to the bank holiday?

yes, it is not a big holiday in Scotland may be a reduced service on some routes but not so much that you would really notice.
what route are you planning on using?

We will be traveling from Oban to Edinburgh. Not sure if this is considered one of the more major routes? Thank you!
