We are planning/hoping to take the Mull/Iona trip from Oban in June 2020. I was anticipating that signing up for the tour 6 months ahead would be plenty of time, but the website for the tour with West Coast Tours says that the tour is “unavailable”. I’ve written the company a couple times and received no response. Does anyone know what the situation might be? Is it truly sold out? Or do they hold all the slots for tour groups? Is there any hope of getting on the tour? Thanks for any help you can give!
I'm certain the tour isn't sold out. They probably just don't have all the 2020 dates loaded yet, or perhaps they haven't set the price for next year. I stayed in Oban for 4 nights this July and booked the tour after my arrival in town. I'm sure you're in good shape.
Consider signing up for the Three Isles Tour and include Staffa. I have looked at the website and agree that you are just too early for booking. Check back in Feb or March and I think you will be able to book.
Agree with others. Too early to book. They are probably on holiday. Check back in Feb or March.
Thank you! I much more hopeful that we’ll get on the tour!
Booking for Three Island Tour is available now :)
