Tour question

Are there any tours that include William Wallace and Robert the Bruce?

I can't imagine that any tour of Scotland that talks about its history wouldn't include references to William Wallace and Robert the Bruce. Can you clarify exactly what you are hoping for? Are you hoping for a tour that goes to key places in their history?

Robert the Bruce alone the key places stretch from Ayrshire across the Central Belt to Dunfermline Abbey and down to Melrose in the Scottish Borders. There are also many sites you could tour connected with him and his family in Dumfries and Galloway.
This is a multi day thing, depending on how deep you want to get into the story, and how many places you want to visit.
William Wallace is going to take you further into Dumbartonshire as well.
One possible company to at least get you started is Tartan Tours Scotland.

Given that their website was last updated in 2021 it is debateable if the company still exists.

This would be a self guided trail for Robert the Bruce in Dumfries and Galloway alone- https://www.historyscotland.com/history/travel/robert-the-bruce-trail-map-from-the-bruce-trust

You aren't going to get a tour company to cover all this- this is self drive over at least a couple of days, probably three days. Greyfriars Church in Dumfries gets confusing- as there is the former Church associated with him (now gone), the replacement (now the Orthodox Cathedral, but still locally known as Greyfriars Church- opposite where the Red Comyn was slain) and the modern Greyfriars Church!
By the way there is also a Wetherspoons Public House in the town which bears his name.
