Hi, I’m traveling on RS tour of Scotland in 2 weeks. I am in a single room. Any experience with RS tours hotels using a single room, is there a bath room in those rooms? Most of our hotels say rooms have private bathroom in each room. Do the smaller single rooms also?

If they say they have bathrooms, they have bathrooms.
Not all hotels have single rooms. In some, you'll be in a double by yourself.

I did this tour precovid and the single rooms were fine, in some instances as big as the double rooms.
Rick's tours have a general disclaimer on the possibility of a shared bath situation but the place to find that is on the overview for each specific tour. The Scotland tours do not have any shared bathroom situations. The 21 day Best of Europe does have that chance especially for the single room participants. Here's where to look. Go to the tour page, scroll down to "Physical Demands" and click the plus sign to open it. Under 21 Day BOE, it says "Be content with the possibility of sharing bathroom facilities at one hotel during this tour."

We did this tour 3 years ago and loved it!! The hotels were very nice on our tour and you will fall in love with the Scottish Highlands. The sheep dog demonstration was a high light of the trip and Oban was another wonderful experience.
