My sister is joining us soon on the RS Scotland tour and would love to hit a golf ball or two - if time permits. Love to hear from any of you who experienced the tour and discovered a place or two for this. Thanks!

if you are going to be in Edinburgh then head to Bruntsfield links, just a pitch and put course and real fun, there is a kiosk for hiring clubs and balls, good pub nearby the Golf tavern.
We played The Himalayan course in St. Andrews on Tuesday. Best/hardest game of mini-golf we have ever played! Definitely will land on our list of all time favorite adventures on this trip.--Debbie
We also played the Himalayas at St. Andrews. Agreed, it's got to be the world's hilliest putting green and lots of fun. And a real bargain!
Be sure to wear flat shoes (doesn't have to be sneakers or golf shoes, just not spiky heels) and be aware they do not have a locker room or other facility to store your belongings while you play.
