Scotland 9 days

Hi Guys, So i will be visiting Scotland. from the 2nd June till the 11th June. I just wanted to tell you my literacy and tell me if i am doing it right or wrong.

2nd June(Half day) till 5th June >> Edinburgh

6th June Morning >> Stirling Castle >> Quick drive around Glencoe >> Fort William (Just a glimpse of the city maybe we stop for a coffee) Go to accomodation at Scotstown.

7th June Morning >> Isle of Skye (Undecided whether to take the ferry from Mallaig or the bridge)

8th June - Isle of Skye

9th June - Not sure yet whether to explore more of the highlands or head into glasgow directly

10th June - Glasgow

11th June - early morning go to Edinburgh and wait for our plane.

Tell me guys if i can make it better or you know any other interesting place that i can fit in.

I thought about trying to do both west and east of scotland but it seemed that i’d be spending a lot of more time driving rather than exploring.

Thoughts?

Where or what is Scotstown ?
Fort William while being the biggest place around is a middling sized town, takes maybe 8 mins to walk the length of the pedestrian High Street.
I often take longer as the Crofter Bar and the " Volly" are too tempting

Scotstown is near Acharacle. So the Mallaig ferry is by far the most sensible onward route to Skye then back over the bridge. BUT you will need to start looking last week or last month for somewhere to stay on Skye in June, if you haven't got anywhere yet.
