8/5 Arrive Edinburgh - drive to Stirling, Stirling Castle
8/5 - 8/6 stay overnight Stirling
8/6 Drive to Oban, stay until 8/8
8/8/ - 8/10 Fort William (Stay in Spean Bridge) Hike Ben Nevis
8/10-8/12 Isle of Skye
8/12 - 8/15 Inverness
8/15-16 Pitlochry
8/16 - 8/19 Edinburgh - seeing the Military Tattoo on Thursday.

Looks realistic. Be sure to get reservations early for the Isle of Skye if you plan on an overnight or fine dining. Buy tickets soon for Military Tattoo. A good web site is VisitScotland to preview sites and accomodations.
I agree it looks pretty realistic. Good for you in avoiding (mostly) 1-night stays.
On your way to Oban you might want to stop at the Ben Cruachan "hollow mountain" hydropower station. You can go on a guided walk into the mountain, or just stroll through the very interesting visitor centre -- which also has a nice cafe and outdoor picnic tables by the loch.
Before you get there you'll pass the picturesque Kilchurn Castle (a ruin, best photographed from the south side of the loch before you actually get to it).
