Hi there, we have tried to do a scenic flight in each country we have travelled. is this feasible in the highlands or out over the Hebrides? if so does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

Flying Skye operates from the tiny airstrip on Skye. I've seen facebook posts of good feedback from locals who have taken flights, but I have no personal experience of (or affiliation with) the company.
A friend of mine took a seaplane flight from Loch Lomond and said it was incredible. Loch Lomond Seaplanes
You could also consider the scheduled flight from Glasgow to Barra (Outer Hebrides), which lands on the beach. It's something of a bucket list among aviation fans I believe. I've only sat in the sand dunes and watched it land and take off. Here's a video
