BBC News here with the sad news that fire broke out at the Scottish Crannog Centre on Loch Tay. Thankfully per Scottish Fire and Rescue no one was harmed.
That is sad news. Do they have plans to rebuild it- or is it to soon to know yet?
There appears to be plans to rebuild. They say on their own website that a new site was in planning on the north of the loch.
I shared this with my Scotland Rick Steve’s FB group. So sad
Very sad news indeed. I was fortunate to have visited it several years ago. I'm so glad that they are intent on rebuilding.
Sad... we were there in 2018 RS tour
I am so sorry to hear this but pleased about the plans to rebuild. I’m also happy I was able to visit this awesome site a couple of years ago.
Really happy to hear that they are rebuilding. It's a wonderful place to visit for all ages.
I came across this link today in a different place, in case you are interested in helping to fund the rebuilding.

It has reopened to the public and their fund raising has reached its initial target of £50,000 but they hope for more.
