Has anyone combined the heart of Ireland and heart of Scotland RS one week tours into one 2 week excursion? If so, how did it work out and would you do it again?

Has anyone combined the heart of Ireland and heart of Scotland RS one week tours into one 2 week excursion? If so, how did it work out and would you do it again?
Not that exact combination, but have done back to back tours a couple of times. And one of them included Scotland. Everything worked out well, and would not hesitate to do back to back tours again. Really saves money as there is only one airfare for two tours.
