Hello - we want to experience the Highland Games so we are going to Perth for the day on August 11 - any suggestions on if there is anything else worth checking out while we are there. - attractions - restaurants - experiences ?

Well the Highland Games will fill the best part of a whole day. Are you planning to stay overnight? If so then you might like to visit Scone Palace. And Breizh is an excellent bistro in the city centre. You would need a reservation as it's small and extremely popular. I assume you already have all the info you need on the Highland Games, but here's the website just in case.
