Older travelers and raindeer herd

Seeking advise on the ease of walking to see reindeer herd.
We are older but in very good shape. We play tennis pickleball golf so we can move well,
Any thoughts on difficulty of this trek???

See the video on their webpage (and the detailed instructions on what to wear)- https://www.cairngormreindeer.co.uk/hill-trips/

They consider the walk to be suitable from anyone of age 4 upwards.

And note that they are reindeer, as opposed to raindeer on both of your posts on this visit

It is an uphill walk but hardly the north face of the Eiger. The group I was with had to walk in single file because of the narrowness of the path and in places I remember tree roots and small boulders had to be negotiated but they were nothing to worry about.

The reindeer herders take their time to walk everyone up to the paddock and once there people are free to stay for a long as they wish and make their own way back to their vehicles.

Wear appropriate shoes or boots (something with a good grippy sole) and you will be fine.
