Are there any tours that will take us to Iona, Mull and Staffa in November or December?
Rabbies is the main tour operator in Scotland, but they don’t run tours to the islands in the winter, probably with good reason. There’s a good chance that the ferry service maybe disrupted by bad weather. If tours aren’t running, I would imagine that other tourism related activities won’t be open on the islands.
No landings on Staffa at that time. And I think all tours end at the end of October. I haven’t checked Calmac (for the ferry schedule) or West Coach Motors (for just the bus) but it is possible you can get from Oban to Mull to Iona on your own. But I would say skip it at this time of year.
We drove on our own from Oban to Mull and down to Iona and back. Mull is an absolute terror for driving in the dark, as the road is only one lane -- for two-way travel! You have to constantly be on the alert for oncoming vehicles and various livestock and wild animals. I might do it again, but not in November or December.
I have checked, and you can check for yourself at this website,

They do offer limited tours at this time of year.
