Need input on proposed Scotland itinerary

We are rescheduling our adventure to Ireland and Scotland for May 2022! First time visit. We are a senior couple from the SF Bay Area. We enjoy exploring the Natural Beauty, isolated wilderness, off the beaten track, wildlife, moderate Hiking, historic towns, Architecture, Meeting locals, and getting immersed in the culture. Plan to self drive. Flexible on length. Currently at 34 days.

While planning our 2020 trip, discovered what a beautiful country Scotland is and discovered other areas to visit! Planning to fly in to Dublin spend ~ 12 nights in Ireland and then fly from Glasgow to Edinburgh where we will pick up another car rental. Last time, I regretted not including Ullapool, isles of Lewis and Harris, and part of the NC 500. But I did include Torridon, Oban, and Mull/Iona which may not make the cut! I’m really torn about missing Torridon! Would greatly appreciate any feedback on the proposed itinerary below.

I'm assuming the figure after each place is the number of nights you are planning to stay?

Have you planned out what you want to do in each place and if that gives you enough nights for each? I would be a bit concerned with your list of criterai, you may not be allowing yourself enough time to achieve this... even a moderate walk can easily take up half a day.
