I'm struggling to find castles in Scotland that do this. The only one I've come up with is Borthwick Castle, which is about 16 miles SE of Edinburgh. However they don't give any dates on their website. It isn't cheap though...

If you are happy to move south into England, Lumley Castle also do what they describe as Elizabthan Banquets. This is about 12 miles south of Newcastle. It is a 'proper castle' and would work out a lot cheaper...
