I received my cancellation email yesterday for my July flight from Stornaway to Edinburgh (which I just had sitting on the back burner). The email included an easy choice to rebook or get a refund. The refund was my choice - but the website did say to allow 60-90 days to process. It was only about $100 so I’m not in a rush and had even resigned myself that I might not get it back. That made the email good news. :)
