This is a very fast itinerary, but I like all your stops, and it will give you a quick overview, which I think is what you are after. It all depends on how much you like to drive. It can be slow going in the highlands.

Skye is a big island, you will have to be selective in choosing where to go. It’s a long drive from there back to Edinburgh, so you’ll have to get up really early if you want to spend the afternoon in the city. Don’t forget, you may need to stop for gas, restroom breaks, and lunch, plus you’ll need time to turn in the car and get to your hotel.

On 5/29 you don't say if you are routeing to Skye via the Armadale ferry or the bridge. If the former you need to get the ferry booked with CalMac.
From the timings on 5/31 you are clearly returning via the Bridge.

Likewise on 5/27 (which is a Holiday weekend) you need to book your tour from Oban, if you haven't already.

This seems faster paced than many would prefer, but if that's the time you have available, and you are happy with the hours of driving, then it can certainly work.

Lunga will have lots and lots and lots of puffins. You could do the Isle of May while you're in Edinburgh if you needed more puffins (from North Berwick).
