Has anyone ever taken tour from Ireland to the Isle of Skye n Scotland, and of so, do you have recommedations for tour companies, or tips on how best to achieve this...is it even doable in 2-4 days?

Perhaps consider a flight to Glasgow and pick up a Rabbies tour to Skye from there?

There is no airport on Skye. There is a very small airfield but no commercial flights. In fact the airfield is currently being used as storage for the parts for huge wind turbines that are being installed in Skye.
Your best bet would probably be a Rabbies tour from Glasgow or Edinburgh.
