Hi:
We are looking at a scenic tour of Ireland and Scotland 14 - 21 days. More interested in the contryside as compared to the cities. Any suggestions including tour companies?

Since you've asked on the RS forum, why not take a look at his tours? Believe he has an 8 day and 14 day in Ireland and a 10 day in Scotland. To "fill out" your 21 day time frame you could do a couple tours or just do one tour and add on some independent travel at the beginning and/or end.
